明早戶外有限公司是一家源自於「設計思維」的影像工作室，對外宣傳為「立足城市影像工作室」，創辦人洪立兼具導演與產品設計的背景，起初想讓好產品被市場看見，但產品夢還沒實現，影像作品先獲得了口碑。
我們以高雄為據點，影像風格細膩、樸實，專精人文紀實與品牌形象影片。服務對象如大港開唱、百世資優數學、高雄市立歷史博館、國立臺灣工藝研究發展中心等，延伸至音樂人（MV）、劇團等眾多藝文團體，協助現場紀錄與作品製作，合作對象橫跨不同領域。
我們也投入長期紀錄片拍攝，深受信賴並跟隨臺灣田徑跨欄選手陳傑與羅佩琳等人，遠赴日本、瑞士紀錄國際賽事。近年，影片作品《六龜探密》（Liugui Unveiled）更獲得 2025 日本國際觀光電影節（JWTFF）亞洲區金獎的國際肯定，證明我們為在地文化敘事的能力。同時，我們也深耕專題攝影，作品散見於多本地方刊物。
在專業製作之外，我們也透過「立足城市」粉絲專頁分享對城市的觀察，回歸對影像的純粹與喜愛。
TWcitystory is a Kaohsiung-based film studio rooted in "design thinking." Founder Hung Li’s dual background in directing and product design shapes our approach: creating delicate, unpretentious visual stories for a diverse range of clients, including institutions like the Megaport Festival, arts groups, and musicians (MVs).
Our work includes long-term, international projects, such as documenting Taiwanese athletes at competitions in Japan and Switzerland. This dedication to storytelling has earned us international acclaim, notably the Gold Award for Asia at the 2025 Japan World's Tourism Film Festival (JWTFF) for our film Liugui Unveiled.
Beyond filmmaking, we are also feature photographers. Our passion for the visual medium is shared through our "TWcitystory" Facebook page, where we post observations of our city.
